Job description – Senior Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

Must have exposure to handling clients independently and expertise in cracking deals and sales closures.
Meeting HNIs & delivering project presentations.
Close deals to achieve monthly targets.
Develop long-term relationships through sales calls and direct meetings.
Create relationships with booked clients to generate incremental business through referrals.
Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of sales activity to management.
Manage sales documentation, customer data & MIS.
Determining clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of the property and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
Should be willing to work on holidays, as most office & site visits happen on weekends.
Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality or high-value luxury goods is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum 5-6 years of sales experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
