Job description – Junior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Organizes and plans daily work with contractors
Supervise and execute construction as per the approved drawing, specification & time schedule
Manages a team of skilled and unskilled workers at site.
Monitors efficient use of men, machines and materials.
Ensure 100% quality in daily work & ensuring work is completed in stimulated time.
Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team along with supervising in Site construction work

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma-degree in a related field from a reputed college.
2 to 5 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
Basic Project management skills (Plan, Development & Execution)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. (Critical Thinking and Creative)
