Job description – Client Buy-Back Specialist

Role & responsibilities

1. Initiating Buy-Backs:

– Proactively reach out to previous clients to discuss potential buy-back opportunities.

– Develop and implement strategies to identify clients interested in selling their plots.

2. Coordination and Process Management:

– Coordinate the entire buy-back process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.

– Address any queries or concerns clients may have regarding the buy-back process.

3. Relationship Management:

– Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, fostering trust and confidence.

– Cultivate relationships with new clients who express interest in selling their plots.

4. Client Meetings and Negotiations:

– Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss buy-back options.

– Utilize strong negotiating skills to achieve favorable buy-back terms for the company.

5. Communication:

– Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the buy-back process.

– Ability to work independently and drive the buy-back process.

– Address client queries and concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.

– Ability to navigate challenges and find creative resolutions.

6. Educational Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

– Proven experience in real estate negotiations or a related field is preferred.
